COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, by its
attorneys, KNUPP & KODAK, P.C., brings this action of Assumpsit against the
Defendant to recover the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO
DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($12,592,29), along with interest thereon as set
forth herein from December 13, 1995 on Counts I and II, and interest thereon as set forth
herein from January 6, 1996. on Count III, upon a cause of action of which the following
is a statement:
1, The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Is a
federal credit union organized and existing under federal laws. having its principal office
and place of business at 1213 Slate Hill Road. Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17011,

2, The Defendant, BRENT S, STEHMAN, is an adult individual residing at 7
North Locust Street, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011,

3, Paragraphs 1 and 2 above are incorporated herein as if fully and at length
set forth,
4, On or about September 9, 1991, in order to induce Plaintiff to extend credit
to him, Defendant did complete and execute a Loanliner Application, a true and correct
copy of which is hereto attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "A",
5, On or about April 15, 1993, Defendant did complete and execute a Credit
Card Application. A true and correct copy of said Application is hereto attached, made
a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "B", Further, attached hereto, made a part hereof,
and marked as Exhibit "c" is a true and correct copy of Plaintiffs VISA Credit Card
Agreement showing the terms and conditions to which Defendant agreed when executing
his Application aforesaid,
6, On or about February 3, 1995, Defendant did complete and execute an
Extension Agreement. accruing indebtedness to Plaintiff in the amount of ONE

THOUSAND, SIXTY.SIX DOLLARS AND NINETY.FOUR CENTS ($1.066,94) at an
annual percentage rate of 12.9%, A true and correct copy of said Extension Agreement
Is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "0",
7. Defendant has defaulted on the repayment of monies due Plaintiff, and
continues In default.
8, Due to Defendant's default In payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, interest has been added to said account in the total amount of EIGHTEEN
DOLLARS AND THIRTY-TWO CENTS ($18,32), as shown on Exhibit "E" attached hereto
and made a part hereof,
9, Due to Defendant's default In payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, attorney's fees, under the terms to which Defendant agreed as set forth
herein, have been added to Defendant's account in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($162.50),
10, The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff Is the sum of NINE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($978,13), as appears
by the Statement of Account hereto attached, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit
"0".

Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount
due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses
and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of NINE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($978,13) together
with interest thereon as set forth in documentation provided herein from December 13,
1995.

12, Paragraphs 1 through 11 above are incorporated herein as if fully and at
length set forth,
13, On or about September 9, 1991, in order to induce Plaintiff to extend credit
to him, Defendant did complete and execute a Loanliner Application, a true and correct
copy of which is hereto attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "A",
14, On or about September 23. 1991. Defendant did complete and execute a
Loanliner Credit Agreement, a true and correct copy of which is hereto attached. made
a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "F",

15, On or about May 20, 1993, Defendant did execute a Loanliner Request
Voucher and Security Agreement. a true and correct of which is hereto attached, made
a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "G", thereby incurring indebtedness to Plaintiff In
the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND. THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY.FIVE ($11,385.00)
DOLLARS, with an annual percentage rate of 7,90.
16, Upon execution of the aforesaid Loanliner Advance Request Voucher and
Security Agreement, Defendant did agree to an encumbrance upon a 1991 LeBaron
Chrysler, VIN 1C3XJ453XMG11418B, A true and correct copy of the title to said vehicle
showing the lien position of Plaintiff is hereto attached, made a part hereof, and marked
as Exhibit "H".
17, On or about February 7, 1995, Defendant did further complete and execute
an Extension Agreement on this loan, a true and correct of which Is hereto attached,
made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "I",
18, Defendant has defaulted on the repayment of monies due Plaintiff, and
continues In default.
19, Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, interest has been added to said account In the total amount of ONE

HUNDRED DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTS ($100,77), as shown on Plaintiff's
Statement of Account, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit
J",
20. Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, attorney's fees, under the terms to which Defendant agreed as set forth
herein, have been added to Defendant's account in the amount of ONE THOUSAND,
FIVE HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS ($1,502,80), as further set forth
on Exhibit "J" attached hereto,
21, The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of NINE
THOUSAND, THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-ONE CENTS ($9,030,81), as appears
by the Statement of Account hereto attached, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit
UJ".
22, Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount
due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses
and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof,
WHEREFORE. Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of NINE
THOUSAND, THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-ONE CENTS ($9,030,81). together with
interest thereon as stated herein in various documentation from December 13, 1995,

24, On or about May 20. 1993, Defendant did execute a Loanllner Advance
Request Voucher and Security Agreement. a true and correct of which is hereto
attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "K", thereby Incurring Indebtedness
to Plaintiff In the sum of FOUR THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN
DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS ($4,187,16), with an annual percentage rate of 9,90,
25, Subsequently, on or about January 23, 1995, Defendant did complete and
execute a Loanllner Subsequent Action Form. a true and correct copy of which is hereto
attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "L",
26. On or about January 24. 1995. Defendant did further complete and execute
an Extension Agreement on this loan, a true and correct of which is hereto attached,
made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "M",
27, Defendant has defaulted on the repayment of monies due Plaintiff, and
continues in default.

28. Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, interest has been added to said account in the total amount of FIFTY-TWO
DOLLARS AND TWENTY-THREE CENTS ($52.23), as shown on Plaintiff's Statement
of Account, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "N".
29. Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, attorney's fees, under the terms to which Defendant agreed as set forth
herein, have been added to Defendant's account in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED
TWENTY-SOX DOLLARS AND FORTY-EIGHT CENTS ($426.48), as further set forth
on Exhibit "N" attached hereto.
30. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of TWO
THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-FIVE CENTS
($2,583.35), as appears by the Statement of Account hereto attached at Exhibit "N".
31. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount
due and oWing as aforesaid, but Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses
and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of
TWELVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO DOLLARS AND TWENTY.NINE
