COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, by its
attorneys, KNUPP & KODAK, P.C., brings this action of Assumpsit against the
Defendant to recover the sum of TWO THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($2,218.50), along with Interest thereon from January 6,
1996, upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement:
1, The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is a
federal credit union organized and existing under federal laws, haVing its principal office
and place of business at 1213 Slate Hili Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17011,
2, The Defendant, MICHELLE M, BITTING, is an adult individual residing at
6412 Glenwood Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, and
having a mailing address of Post Office Box 7113, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-7113.

3, In order to induce Plaintiff to extend credit to her, Defendant did complete
and execute a Loanllner Application, a true and correct copy of which Is hereto attached,
made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "A",
4, On or about June 22, 1992, Defendant did execute, on behalf of Plaintiff,
a Loanllner Credit Application, A true and correct copy of said Application Is hereto
attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "B",
5, On or about October 15, 1993, Plaintiff did loan to Defendant the sum of
Three Thousand, Five Hundred ($3,500,00) Dollars, at an annual percentage rate of nine
and one-half (9,50%) for a project term of thirty-six (36) months,

default.
Defendant has defaulted on the repayment of said loan, and continues in
7, Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, Interest has been added to said account In the total amount of FORTY-SIX
DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SIX CENTS ($46,36), as shown on Exhibit "0" attached hereto
and made a part hereof,
8, Due to Defendant's default In payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, attorney's fees, under the terms to which Defendant agreed as set forth

SIXTY-SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($366,56),
9, The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff Is Ihe sum of TWO
THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($2,218,50),
as appears by the Statement of Account hereto attached, made a part hereof and
marked as Exhibit "0",
10, Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount
due and owing as aforesaid, but Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses
and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of TWO
THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($2,218,50),
together with interest thereon from January 6, 1996,
