IRRETRIEVABLE BREAKDOWN
AND NOW comes the above named Plaintiff, Kenneth E. Robinson, by and through his
attorney, David C. Schanbacher, Esquire, and seeks to obtain a Decree in Divorce from
the above-named Defendant, upon the grounds hereinafter more fully set forth:
I. Plaintiff, Kenneth E. Robinson, is an adult individual residing st 7 Koser
Lane, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since June, t965.
2. Defendant, Patricia A. Robinson, is an adult individual residing at 101
North Prince Street, Apartment 107, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvanill,
since November, 1995.
3. The Plnintiff and the Defendant are nationals IInd citizena of the United
States of America, and both have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this
Complaint in Divorce.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on November 14, 1961, in
Shippensburs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvllnill.
5. There have he en no prior IIctions of divorce or for annulment hetween the
parties in this or IIny other jurisdiction.
6. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff
may have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in
counseling.

8. The partiea have lived separate and "part since October 22, 1995.
