Contraet, and agrced to execute and deli vcr a Waiver of Liens for filing;
NOW. THEHEFORE. in considcration of the execution of the Contract,
Cuntractur, intcnding to be legally hound herehy, for Contraetor. for all subcuntractors uf
Contractor, and fur all parties lIctmg fur, through or undcr Contractor or any subcuntractor,
covenants and agrees that no mechanic's lien ur claim shall he filed or maintained by
Contractur or any such subcontractor or party, lIgainst any parl of the Property ur any
building ur impruvements thereon. for ur nn account of any labur or materials furnishcd ur
any work dune under the Cuntract. or in or abuut the erectiun. construction, installatiun or
cumpletiun uf the Wurk; and Contractor. fur COlllractor. fur any and all subcontractors and
fur any and all parlies acting lilr. through ur under Contractor ur any suhcontractor, hereby
waives and reliquishes the right to have, file or mailllain any mcchanic's lien or claim
against any part uf the Properly ur any huilding or improvements thercon.
This Waiver is made by Cuntractur and intended tu be filcd in accordance with
the rcquiremcnts uf the Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963. as amended and
supplcmented. with the Prothonutary of the Courlof CommunPleas of C u-.!...-I_I

Each uf the terms, provisiuns. cuvenants and cunditiuns uf this Waiver shall,
as the case may be. he hinding upon and inure tu the henefits uf Owner. Contractur, each
