Whereas Sreg R. Bennett & Allyson S. Bennett, h/w, of Carlisle, Peneylvania, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Michael L. Marlin, Inc., of Lewisben'y, Pentylvunin, for the erection of a two story
dwelling building upon a lot of land situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland Couty, Pemylvunin, moro paticuinrly bmded and
described as follows, to wit:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in MIDDLESEX TOWHSHIP, Cumberlund County, Pensylvanin, being identified as Lot
#11 as shown on a plan of lots howe as Pheasant Cussing prepared for buland, Inc. by Hoover Engineering .qe~ces, Inc., dated
August 10, 1998, approved October 7, 1998 by the Middlesex Township Board of Supe~sore and recorded November 6, 1998 in the
Office of the Reconler of Deeds h and for Cumberlund County, Pensylvunia ia Plan Book 77 an page 128, and being more fully
described as follows, to wit:
BEGIHIflIqG at a point in the centerline of T-673 (Hoover Road); thence by Lot 12 of the aforementioned subdivision No~ 06
degrees 26 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of five hundred twenty-five (526.80) feet to an inn pie; thence by Lot t2 of the
aforementioned subdivision South 88 degrees 16 minntas 00 seconds West a distance of three hudred fifty-ono and eighty-seven
hundredths (351.87) feet to an iron pin; thence by land now or fomarly of Robert Line, Jr. and J. Edward Cloase, and by land now or
foraerly of Wlllium Seig, and by land now or formerly of Vincent Corrado and by land now or formerly of Willium Terhne No~ 01
degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one thousand one hudsed ulnety4iu and twenty-three hundredths (1,199~-3) feet to
an iron pin; thence by Lot 9 of the aforumentioned subdivision No~ 88 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one humid
twenty-seven and eighteen hundredths (127.18) feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot 6 and by Lot 4 of the aforementioned subdivision
South 52 degrees 06 minutes 64 seconds Eat a distance of one thousand two hundred (1,200) feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot I of
the aforementioned subdivision South 37 degrees 63 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of one hundred seventy-five and Bee
hundredths (175.03) feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot 13 of the aforementioned subdivision No~ 87 degrees 20 mimes 23 seconds
West a distance of five humid thirty-nine and eighty hundredths (539.80) feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot 13 of the aforementioned
sublivision South 05 degrees 26 minutes 86 seconds West a distunce of eight hudsed seventy-five (876.00) feet to a point in the
centerline of T-973; thence in along and through the centerline of T-873 North 84 degrees 33 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of
fifty (60.80) feet to a point in the centerline of T-573 (Hoover Road) and place of BE$1N~IN$. Containing 16.373 acres of land as
s~eyed.

Recorder of Deeds in und for Cumberland County, Pemylvanin ia Record Book 181 at page 724, granted and conveyed title mo
Boaland, Inc., and grantor herein.
F~RTHER ~DER A.-qD SUBJECT to the Protective Covenants and Restrictions set forth in that certain instrument recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland Couty, ?ewylvania in Record Book 894 at page 1072.
Now, September' 7, , 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the sane in consideration of the m~ng of the said contract with Michael L. Martin, Inc. and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to ContractOr paid by Greg B. Bennett & illyeon S. Beunett, h/w, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the contractor, or any tab-contractor, nor by any of the material men or worsen or any other person for any
inbor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the fight to t'de such liens being
expressly waived. '
