WHEREAS, Kenneth S. Brenneman and Debra D. Brenneman,
husband and wife of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a
contract with 1st Class Building and Remodeling, (.f County of
Cumberland, pennsylvanLa, for the erection of an improved
dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Lower Allen TownShip,
county of Cumbelrand, Pennsylvania, and mOFe fully described in

NOW, this .~~ day of January, 1996, at the time of and
immediately before execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
contractor, and the further consideration of One Dollar to
Contractor, paid by Owners, it is
AGREED, that no lien shall be filed against the building by
the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any uther person for any labor, or materials
purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived. WITNESS, our hands and seals the day an~ yearaforesaid.
