The above Plaintiff brings this action against the above
Defendant to recover the sum of $252,86 upon the following cause of
action:
1. The Plaintiff, DR, PATRICIA A, GUTHEIL is an adult
individual who resides at 126 HockersvHle Road, Hershey,
pennsylvania 17033.
2. The Defendant BAKI ELECTRONICS is an electronics repair
business located at 309 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania
17043.
3. The Defendant, MR, MOHAMMED BAKI, is an adult individual
with a place of business at 309 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania 17043,
4. The plaintiff delivered to the Defendant at the
Defendants place of business, a broken Camcorder to be
repaired,
5. The Defendant proported to repair the Camcorder and
charged the Plaintiff the sum of $186.06 for the proported
repair as evidenced by the receipt given the Plaintiff by the

Defendant, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit" A" ,
6, The Plaintiff paid for the alleged repair on December 22/
1994 as evidenced by her canceled ch...,ck *2625/ a true Bnd
correct copy of which is attachea hereto, made part hereof and
marked Exhibit "B",
7, The plaintiff subsequent ly attempted to operllte the
allegedly repaired Camcorder and found It to exhibit the ~US.ll5;j,

further alleged repairs,

exhibiting any evidence of having been repaired when returned
to the Plaintiff,
12, The Defendant consistently alleged that he made further
adjustments to the Camcorder mechanism upon each return but
insisted the problem was not his repairs but a bad battery
even though the battery was replaced by the Plaintiff with new
batteries purchased and exchanged three separate times from
Boscovs / Ritz Camera! the final exchange evidenced by B
receipt from Ritz Camera, a true and correct copy of which is
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "D",
13. On the occasion of the fifth and final time the Camcorder
was picked up from the Defendants place of business the
Defendant stated that the Camcorder was never to be brought
back to the Defendants shop! the warranty period on the
repairs had expired, and that he, the Defendant never wished
to see that Camcorder again,
14, The Plaintiff subsequently had the still broken Camcorder
properly repaired at ELECTRO VISION CO" of 19361 E, Ten Mile
Road, Roseville, MI 46066 as evidenced by the repair receipt,
a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, made part
hereof and marked Exhibit "E",
15. The Plaintiff paid Electro Vision Co, for the proper
repair as evidenced by three separate credit card receipts,
true and correct copies of each are attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "F",
