EDWARD T. FRYE and DORIS D. FRYE, husband and wife, Owner, of 1014 Baythorne Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, i. about to execute contemporaneously herewith,
a contract, with H~RRY L. SMITH" SONS, INC., Contractor, of 5943 Devonshire Heights
Road, Harrisburg, pennsylvania 17112, for the erection of a single family dwelling
upon a lot of land situate in Hampden TownShip, cumberland County, pennsylvania,
being more fully bounded and described on Exhibit ~ attached hereto and made part
hereof.

execut on of t e r ncipal contract, and before ony authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building or purchase
materials tOI' the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of one dollar, to contractor paid by Owner
it is agreed that no lien shall be tiled against the building by the contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the msterial men or workmen or any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
