ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises situate.
lying and being in the Borough of Lemoyne in the County Cumberland
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point at th~ junction of Market street in the
Borough of Lemoyn., Cumber],and County, pennsylvania, and the
southeastern boundary of property owned now or formerly by George
W. Reily; thence in a westerly direction along Market street one
hundred fifty-seven and one-half (157-1/2) feet to a point; thence
in a northerly direction one hundred fifty (150) feet to a point
which is on the south side of a proposed twenty foot alley, thence
in an easterly direction along the line of the proposed alley one
hundred sixty (160) feet, more or less, to the eastern boundary
line of said Reily property; thence along said boundary line in a
southerly direction one hundred fifty (150) feet. more or less, to
the place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED tract being Lots Number 5. Number 6 and Number
7 of a tentative plan of lots of the Reily property in Lemoyne.
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, as laid out by E. W, Cowden in
December, 1925.
