In February of this year, the parties appeared before the Conciliator at which time there was an agreed upon Order entered giving Mother primary physical custody of the minor child. In July of this year, the child went to live with the Father and has been living with the Father since that time. Father relates that the child has indicated a desire to continue to live with him. Mother agrees that the child is making that suggestion, but Mother suggested it is still in the best interest of the minor child to return to the primary physical custody of the Mother. The minor child is sixteen (16) years old and currently a junior in high school enrolled at Trinity High School. 4. Based upon the above, the Conciliator recommends an Order in the form as attached.
