constituted and appointed, and by these present do hereby make,
constitute and appoint, my /Ion, DONALD J. PALMER, of Camp Hill,
f'ennsylvania, for me and in my name to \Jse, compromise or otherwise
dispose of any claim or debt to which I now or hereafter have an
interest, to pay, compromise, or other\iise dispose of and secure
releases from any obligations or claims against me, to deposit in my
name and for my account, with any bank, banker, trust company or
savings and loan association, all bills of e~change, drafts, checkS,
promissory notes, and all other securities or monp.y payable or
be long i ng to me, and for that purpose to sign my name anll endorse
the same for deposit or collection, and from time to time to
withdraw any or all money deposited with any bank, banKer, trust
company or savings and loan association, or any ot-lll,r st\l1ilar
institution having money belonging to mEl, and for that purpoee to
draw check8 in my name.
I authorize Donald J. palmer to sell, barter, el\change or
dispose of any real estate of which 1 am now or may become seized or
possessed, in fee simple or otherwise, including any real estate 1
own to any person or persons, for any price, and in any manner
whatsoever, and for these purposes to eXElcute and acknowledge any
deed or deeds, lease or leases, or other assurance or assurances,
with general covenanta or warranty against all persons, or any
covenants whatsoever I as may be deemed expedient, to purchase any

real estate on my account, in fee simple or otherwise, at any price
or any exchange whatsoever., and for these purposes to r,ece i ve,
conf i rm, make and execute any cont racts, deeds, conveyances, or
other instruments whatsoever.
I also authorize Donald J. Palmer to sell, assign, transfer and
dispose at any and all stocks, bonds, including u.s. Savings Bonds,
loans, mortgages or other secudtiesregistered in my name, and to
collect and receipt for all interest alld dividends due and payable
to me.
Further, I authorize Donald J. Palmer to invest, in my name, in
any stoCkll, Ilharell, bondll, secud ties or other property, real or
perllonal, and to vary Iluch invelltments all he, in his sole
discretion, may deem best, and to vote at meetings of shareholders
or other meetings of any corporation or company and to execute any
proxiell or other inlltrumentll in connection ~herewith.
In general, I authorize Donald J. Palmer to do all other acts,
deedll, matters and thingll whatlloever in or about my elltate, property
and affairs and things herein either particularly or generally
describ&d, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I
could do in my own proper person if present, including the authodty
to establish a safe deposit box in my name, or enter or close all
safe deposit boxes which are maintained in my name or jointly,
giving to Donald J, Palmer to make and subetitute under him an
attorney or attorneye for all the purpos~s herein described, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney or substitute or
substitutes shall do therein by virtue of th~se presents.
