Plaintiff, Donald M. Supko, by his attorney, Dawn S. Sunday seta
forth the following I
1. Plaintiff is Donald M. Supko, who currently resides at 134 W.
Green Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Julia Ann Supko, who currently resides at 114 W.
Main street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the
. Commonwealth for at least six months immediately preceeding the filing of
this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 26, 1981 in
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or for annulment
between the parties.
6. The Plaintiff avers as the grounds upon which this action is
baeed, that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably
broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and
that. Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the
parties to participate in counseling.
8. Plaintiff requeets that the Court enter a Decree of Divorce
under Section 3301(c) or 3301(d) of the Pa. Divorce Code.
