AND NOW, comes the Claimant, SOUTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP
MUNICIPAL AUTHORITV, by its Chairman, who files the fOllowing
claim against JESS A. CLARK and JUANITA L. CLARK, Owners, and
all that certain tract of land situated in South Middleton
Township, CUmberland County, PennsYlvania, inClUding improvements
thereon, owned by them and described as follows:
206 Second Street, Boiling Springs
See: Cumberland County Deed Book "L", Volume 33,
Page 1059 in Cumberland Recorder of Deeds'
Office for legal description of premises
which is incorporated herein by reference
thereto
Real Estate Tax Assessment Parcel: 40-29-2482-187
for water and sewer services rendered from December 16. 1993
to December 15, 1995, in the delinquent amount of $393.08. Said
services Were rendered pursuant to ReSolution duly adopted.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor and credits
(payments), said statement being a true abstract of the Owners'
account with SOUTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, which
sum of $393.08 was duly as.essed against the hereinabove-named
owners and the premises beginning on December 16.
1993, and for
which Bum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien ie claimed
against the above-described premises in accordance with the Aot
of October 29, 1981, P.L. 319, No. 113, as amended.
