custody of Uriah L. Weibley, born October 31, 1994.
2. The Father, Terry L. Porter, shall Gnjoy visitation at such
times and under such circumstances as agreed upon by the
parties. In the event the Father is dissatisfied wi th
visitation as allowed to him by the Mother, the Father may at
that time petition the Court to have the case again scheduled
with the Custody Conciliator for a conference."

CONCILIATION CONFERENCE SUMMARY REPORT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTY CIVIL RULE OF PROCEDURE
1915.3-8(b}, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the
following report:
1. The informat,ion pertaining to the chlld who is subject of this
litigation is as follows:
Uriah L. Weibley, born October 31, 1994.
2. A Conciliation Conference was held on April 4, 1996, with the
following individuals in attendance:
The Natural Mother, Aimee M. Weibley, along with her mother
and guardian, Carol Richardson, and their counsel, student
attorney John P. Neblett of the Family Law Clinic. Also
present were the defendant's mother and stepfather, Mrs.
Connie McConnell and Thomas McConnell.
3. Defendant Father is incarcerated at Smithfield in Huntingdon
County. He has been in jail during most of the child's life.
He saw the child once when the Mother took the child to the
Cumberland County Prison for a visit. The Mother simply is
seeking an Order giving her custody. She is willing to
discuss visitation with the Father upon his release from
prison. The Conciliator recommends an Order that gives the
Father limited visitation as agreed upon by the parties, with
the understanding that the Father can always petition the
Court at some point in the future if he is dissatisfied with
any type of visitation arrangement.
4. The Father's mother and stepfather appeared at the hearing
merely as interested parties, So that they are aware as to
what is happening, a copy of the Order will be sent to them.
5. The Conciliator reco~nends an Order in the form as attached.
