3. The property against which this claim is filed is
situate in the Southampton Township, C~mberland County,
Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in Cumberland County
Deed Book II K ", Volume 34 , Page 510, Tax Parcel
No. 39-37-2092-030D, The address of the property is 117 Railroad
Lane, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is filed
under and by virtue of the Second Class Township COde, 53 P.B.
565702.
5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the
year of 1994,
