the improvements thereon, if any, and sets forth the following:
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLAIM
1. The name of the party Claimant is Southampton Township,
a municipality located in the County of Cumberland, State of
Pennsylvania.
2. The name(s) of the owner(s) of the property against
which this claim is filed is (are): Richard S, Vannote and
Agnes M. Vannote, his wife,
3, The property against which this claim is filed is
situate in the Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in Cumberland County
Deed Book "v ", Volume 35 , Page 624 , Tax Parcel
No. 39-37-2~028. The address of the property is
59 Cleversburg Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257,
4. This claim for lighting assessment and rates is fileQ
under and by virtue of the Second Class Township COde, 53 P.S.
565702.
5. Said lighting assessment and rates were charged for the
year of 1994.
