B. During the school yeer, every Wednesday from 4:00
~,m. until Thursdey morning at which time Father will be
responsible to drop the chlldran back at homa to get their bus
for school.
C. During the summer months, on an alternating
weekend basis, beginning on Friday at 3:30 p.m. until Monday
morning at 7:30 a.m, In addition, Father shall have three one-
week sagments of uninterrupted time, thase segments to
occur one week aach month. Father is to provide Mother with
the months that he chooses no later than April 1, The parties
understand that If the summer visitation goes well in 1996,
that It 15 the Conciliator's recommendation that it be expanded
to half of the summer in future years.
D. Father understands that he is responsible to insure
that the children get to all extracurricular "ctlvitles when the
children are in his care,
4. The parties shall alternate the major holidays, those hOlidays
being defined as Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July. Labor Day. and'
Thanksgiving, The alternating holidays shall be from 9:00 a.m, until
8:00 p.m., unless it occurs following Fathar's regularly scheduled
weekend wherein he can keep the children over night through that
holiday until 8:00 p.m. Father will begin this alternating schedule with
Eester In 1996.
6. The parties will share the Christmas holiday such that
Mother will have the children every year on Christmas Eve until 11 :00
p.m., but in altematlng yearsl Mother will have the children until
Christmas Day at 12:00 noon. Fathar then shall have the children
from Christmas Day at 12:00 noon until 30 December or from 11 :00
p,m, on Christmas Eve until 30 December. This alternating schedule
will be such that Mother will have the Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
period in 1997 and all odd,numbered years thereafter.
6. Father will have the children on Father's Day and Mother will
have the children on Mother's Day.
7, Such other times as the parties may agree upon.
