STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT, made this Nineteenth day of January, 1996 by and between II.
W, NAUMAN & SON, INC.. TIA NAUMAN CONSTRUCTION, a Pennsylvania
corporation of 351 Sprecher Road, Lancaster, Penns)lvjI.Q~I~~J, (hereinafler referred to
as CONTRACTOR). and Christ Community Chur<:Jt: Rbil~l!' 1",'olrId Slate Hill Road, P,O.
Box 3280, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011-3280 (hereinaftef referred to as OWNER);
WHEREBY, the Contractor has agfeellto complele the construction of a 30,246 S.F,
addition located at Route 15 and Slate Hill Road, Camp Hill. Pennsylvania, 17011-3280,
providing all the materials and labor, for the Owner, upon the following lot or tract of land
of the Owner.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that it is hereby covenanted and agreed
by and between the parties hereto that tilt: Contractor shall not file nor will the Contractor
permit nor suffer any subcontractof, materialman. mechanical or other person or persons
under the Contractor employed by the Contractor to file any mechanics, or other lien or
liens. claim or claims for work done and materials furnished. or either of them in or under
the performance of the said agreement between the parties for the construction of the said
improvements, against the ground or premises upon which the Contractor is about to
construct the said improvements or against any structure or property whatsoever covered by
the said agreement between the parties hereto,
AND THE CONTRACTOR hereby certities, covenants and agrees that no materials
have been furnished, nor has any labor been performed, nor have any building operations
been started, under the said agfeement between the parties hereto,

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument which is 217,59 feet from the Northwest
corner of the land of Pennsylvania District of Kiwanis International,
which corner is in the right of way of Old Slate Hill Road at the corner
of lands now or formerly of Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York,
and which monument is on the boundary line common to land of Kiwanis
International, aforesaid, and land now or formerly of Mutual Life
Insurance Company of New York; thence along land now or formerly of
Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, North 55 degrees 20 minutes
East, a distance of 82,41 feet to a point; thence along land now or
formerly of Kenneth Hart, South 42 degrees 20 minutes East, a distance
of 190 feet to a point; thence along land now or formerly of Minnesota
Mining and Manufacturing Com~any, South 55 degrees 20 minutes West, a

Lower Allen, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in former Slate Hill Road (60 feet right of way) at
line of lands now ro formerly of 3-M Company; thence across former Slate
Hill Road, through an iron p1n and continuing along line of said last
mentioned lands, North 55 degrees 20 minutes East, a distance of 300
feet to an iron pin; thence continuing alon~ said last mentioned lands
and line of lands now or formerly of Kiwan1s Internationa, North 42
degrees 20 minutes West, a distance of 380 feet to an iron pin at line
of other lands of the Grantee herein; thence continuing along said last
mentioned lands through an iron pin, North 55 degrees 20 minutes 30

intersection of relocated Slate Hill Road and Hartzdale Drive; thence
further into said intersection by a curve to the left, having a radius
of 818.51 feet, an arc distance of 19.81 feet, to a point; thence
continuing throu~h said intersection, South 70 degrees 17 minutes 20
seconds West a dlstance of 11.60 feet to a point; thence continuing
through said intersection and through and along the center line of
Hartzdale Drive by a cun'e to the left, having a radius of 572.96 feet,
