AND NOW, January 15, 1998, this Court finds that, pursuant to Pa.R.Civ. P.
1006(d)(1), this case shall be .transferred to the Court of Common Pleas of
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Plaintiffs are to pay any fees required by Dauphin
County to accept the transfer of this action.
