Before HOFFER, P.J. AND OLER, J.
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, January 16, 1998, this Court finds that it is a permissible
procedure for Plaintiff to ask for the addition of a defendant by a petition and a
rule. Lower Frederick Township v. Clemmer, 518 Pa. 313, 543 A.2d 502 (1988).
Plaintiff may add Mike Juma, as a Defendant, to the case sub judice, pursuant to
Pa.R.Civ. P. 2229. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint to Join
Additional Defendant is granted.
