ORDER OF ~RT ~&--'"--¥-- '7-- _--']Y ~L~~rj~~, 1998, after consideration of the AND NOW, this Defendant's brief and oral argument held April 15, 1998, Plaintiff's exceptions to the order of equitable distribution filed July 17, 1998,are dismissed. Plaintiff filed three exceptions to the order of equitable distribution. The exceptions are: (1) the Judge's failure to award alimony pendente lite from November of 1993 until a divorce decree is entered; (2) failure of the Judge to award alimony; and (3) failure to award court costs and counsel fees. Under the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, no motions for post trial relief may be filed to any order of the trial judge concerning claims involving marital property, alimony, alimony pendente lite, or counsel fees, costs and expenses. Pa. R. Civ. P. 1920.52 (a) and (b). Pursuant to Pa. R. Civ. P. 1920.52, Plaintiff's exceptions are improper and hereby dismissed. In addition, Plaintiff failed to file a brief in support of the exceptions and did not appear before this court to argue in favor of her position. Pursuant to Rule of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas 210-7, any issue raised but not briefed is deemed abandoned. Therefore, Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Local Rules further justifies the dismissal of her exceptions. By the Court, Ruby D.
