Pa.R.C.P 1019(a). The plaintiff alleges in his complaint that the defendants removed three hemlock trees, each in excess of 50 feet tall, from 2303 Market Street, Camp Hill, without the plaintiff's authorization. Defendant's preliminary objections provide that the incident occurred on or about April 28, 1997. that upon consideration of the defendant's preliminary objections, the plaintiff's complaint lacks specificity as to the incident in question, and the plaintiff must amend his complaint within twenty (20) days of this Order.
