AND NOW, January 5, 2000, after careful consideration of the arguments
presented by counsel for both parties, and in consideration of the fact that Wal-
Mart has scheduled a second hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board for
January 10, 2000, we remand this case to the Zoning Hearing Board for further
consideration.
