STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, December 5, 2001, after careful consideration of the
arguments presented, the Petition of Robert Aust, Jr. requesting permission to
file Objections Nunc Pro Tunc to the Final Account and Statement of Proposed
Distribution filed by the Trustee in this matter is granted. Robert A. Aust, Jr. is
directed to file his Objections within ten (10) days of this Order.
The objections of Russell Shank, Jr. are deferred until this court receives
all objections raised in this matter. Additionally, this court denies any advance
distribution to any party until all objections are resolved, unless a stipulation is
filed, or unless the party requesting advancement of stock can sl~ow that no harm
will occur to other possible heirs.
