On July 14, 1999, the Defendant was convicted of various drug related charges at
the above captions. On August 31, 1999, we sentenced the Defendant to an aggregate
period of incarceration of 6-20 years in a state correctional institution. Defendant filed
this timely appeal.
On September 21, 1999, we directed the Defendant to file a concise statement of
matters complained of on appeal pursuant to Pa. Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925(b).
On October 4, 1999, Defendant's counsel Complied with our request.
We have thoroughly reviewed the Concise Statement of Matters Complained of on
Appeal. We are satisfied that all of the issues raised by Defendant in this appeal were
thoroughly and ably discussed by the Honorable Kevin A. Hess in his opinion and order
of June 10, 1999.
