ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this o~ff ~ day of MARCH, 2000, after heating, and based upon
our Finding of Facts in the attached opinion, it is hereby ordered and directed as follows:
1. Defendant's child support obligation from October 29, 1999, through
December 31, 1999, is set at $614.
2. Defendant's child support obligation from January 1, 2000, through March 6,
2000, is set at $655.
3. Defendant's child support obligation commencing March 7, 2000, is set at
$677.
4. Defendant shall be responsible for 50% of the child's unreimbursed medical
expenses in excess of $250 each calendar year.
5. Defendant shall maintain medical insurance on the child through his
employment.
6. In all other respects our order of December 9, 1999, shall remain in full force
and effect.

OPINION AND ORDER OF COURT
On October 29, 1999, Plaintiff filed a complaint for child support against the
defendant. A conference was held in the Domestic Relations Office. On December 9,
1999, pursuant to a recommendation of the conference officer we entered a support order.
Defendant filed a timely request for a heating de novo. The heating was held before us
on March 23, 2000. This matter is now ready for disposition.
FINDINGS OF FACT
1) The parties are the natural parents of Cailyn Breski, born May 18, 1995.
2) Plaintiff has primary custody of said child.
3) Plaintiff's gross annual income from her employment in 1999, was $39,050.l
4) Plaintiff's net annual income for 1999, based upon a filing status of head of
household and claiming herself and the child as exemptions, was $30,528. Her net
~ Plaintiff has indicated that she will be voluntarily leaving her job in May of this year. She will be getting
remarried and will be moving out of the area to be with her husband. However, she testified that she will
be obtaining other employment. We are satisfied that her 1999 income correctly reflects her earning
capacity.

income was, and her current earnings capacity is, $2544 per month.
5) Defendant's 1999 gross income was $33,348.2 His net annual income, based upon a
filing status of single and claiming only himself as an exemption, was $25,608. His net

monthly income was $2134.
6) Defendants net monthly income from January 1, 2000, through March 7, 2000, was
$2326.3
7) Defendant's net monthly income has been $2431 since March 7, 2000.4
8) Both parties have medical insurance provided for the child through their employer.
9) Plaintiff currently incurs child care expenses of $510 per month.
10) Neither party has presented any evidence which would justify a deviation from the
guidelines.
11) The complaint for child support was filed on October 29, 1999.
12) The guidelines call for defendant to pay child support in the amount of $614 per
month through December 31, 1999. The guideline computations are attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
13) The guidelines call for defendant to pay child support in the amount of $655 per
month from January 1, 2000, through March 6, 2000. The guideline computations are
attached hereto as Exhibit B.
14) The guidelines call for defendant to pay child support in the amount of $677 per
month effective March 7, 2000. The guideline computations are attached hereto as
Exhibit C.
