Defendant's net earnings are $921.42 per month. 9. Defendant is currently paying $208.71 per month for the support of two (2) other children.~ DISCUSSION We are guided in this case by Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 191~0.16-7(3) which provides as follows: In calculating the presumptively correct total of obligor's basic support obligations, the court should ensure that obligor retains at least $550 per month .... Applying this role to the facts before us, we are satisfied that the maximum appropriate child support order in this case is $162.71 per month.2 AND NOW, this ORDER day of JULY, 2000, the Order entered on February 23, 2000, is modified to provide that defendant shall pay plaintiff the sum of $162.71 per month for the support of their minor child Tanika Beatty, bom March 16, 1997. In all other respects said Order shall remain in full force and effect. By Edward E. Guido, J.
