TRAVITZ : IN RE: OPINION PURSUANT TO RULE 1925 In this case, the defendant was found guilty, by a jury, of driving under the influence – high rate. He was sentenced in March of 2006, to one to two years in a state correctional institution. He has, however, been admitted to bail pending appeal. The defendant filed a timely notice of appeal and a subsequent concise statement of matters complained of on appeal. All of the issues raised by the defendant have to do with the suppression of evidence. That matter was heard by The Honorable Edward E. Guido in August of 2005. Judge Guido has since filed an opinion in support of his suppression order. We incorporate his opinion, herein, by reference in satisfaction of our responsibilities pursuant to Pa.R.A.P. 1925.
