The Defendant has filed this timely appeal from our order of sentence dated
December 4, 2007. The only issue raised on appeal is the alleged error of the Honorable
Edgar B. Bayley to grant the Defendant’s pretrial motion to suppress evidence. The
reasons for President Judge Bayley’s decision are full set forth in the opinion which
accompanied his order dated August 20, 2007.
