at the February election 3891 .
That the said Fl mer T . Gephart removed. from said borough April
1899 to Franklin County.
That J. V. Douglass,a duly elected Borough Auditor in any, for
said borough is at present
absent from the state and will not return
in time to attend the meeting of the borough auditors to audit the
accounts of the school board. of said. borough in June 1899.
Your petitioners therefore respectfully pray the Court to ap-
point some suitable person to fill the vacancy caused. by the remov«
al of said F1 mer I. Gephart from said borough and they will ever pray.
