of Quarter ;:essions of the County of Cunberland:-
I hereby desire to tender to your Honor my resignation as
one of the Auditors of South riddieton Township, having been elected
to that office on the 16th day of Pebruary A. 1904.
My reason for resigning is that I was elected to the office
of Supervisor'in said township on the 20th day of Yebruary A. D. 190C
and desire to serve in that capacity, the two offices being incompat-
ible.
Your Honor is resectfully requested to accept my resigna-
tion and to appoint some suitable person to fill the vacancy thus
caused.
