AND NOW, this 26thday ofJanuary, 2026, upon consideration of the Petition for
Enforcement of Marriage Settlement Agreement and Military Qualifying Order, filed by
Plaintiff on July 16, 2025, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying opinion, the
petition is granted and Defendant is ordered to indemnify Plaintiff for the loss incurred by
his election of military disability benefits, including payment within 60 days of the date
of this order of accumulated arrearages.
A HEARING is scheduled forMonday,February 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in
fees.
