A review of the original September 26, 2007, adjudication in this case,
which is presently on appeal to the Superior Court, reveals a misstatement in
Findings 30, 31, 33, and 34 with respect to the Estate referred to therein. As the
context of the opinion indicates, the Estate being referred to in those paragraphs is
the Estate of David W. Magaro rather than the Estate of William G. Magaro.
