Petitioner has filed this timely appeal from our order of January 11, 2008, which

denied the relief requested in his Fourth Petition under the Post Conviction Relief Act.
The relief was denied on the basis that the petition was untimely filed, thereby precluding
us from exercising jurisdiction.
