CRAWFORD, II : IN RE: OPINION PURSUANT TO RULE 1925 In this case, the defendant was found guilty at a nonjury trial before the undersigned of the unlawful possession of a small amount of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Following sentencing on February 12, 2008, he filed post-sentence motions which were denied. He thereafter appealed, setting forth in a concise statement of matters complained of, a single ground, namely: 1. The Court erred in denying Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence in finding there was a basis for the stop and seizure of Defendant. The suppression motion to which the defendant has reference was heard by the Honorable Edward E. Guido. Judge Guido has since filed an opinion in support of his order denying the defendant’s suppression motion. For the purposes of this opinion, filed pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925, we adopt and incorporate herein the opinion of Judge Guido.
