Defendant filed a timely appeal from our sentencing order of July 23,2001. On
August 28, 2001, we directed defendant's counsel to file a Concise Statement of Matters
Complained of on Appeal in accordance with Pa. Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925(b).
The sentences we imposed upon the defendant were either required by law or
were within the standard range of the sentencing guidelines. Since counsel has failed to
comply with our order of August 28, 2001, we are unable to address the reasons for the
"rulings or other matters complained of" as required by Pa. R.A.P. 1925.
