Defendant has filed a timely appeal from our sentencing order of August 27,
2002. The only issue raised on appeal is the alleged error in failing to grant her Omnibus
Pretrial Motion to Suppress Evidence. The reasons in support of that decision are fully
set forth in the Opinion filed on November 21, 2002, by the Honorable Edgar B. Bayley.
