MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
Before us are defendant's exceptions to the Support Master's Report and
Recommendations. He contends that it was error to assign him an earning capacity based
upon his prior employment as an over the road truck driver. ~
We have reviewed the June 25, 2003 Transcript of Proceedings as well as the
Master's Report and Recommendations. We are satisfied that the Support Master
thoroughly and correctly addressed all the issues raised. We are further satisfied that he
recommended an appropriate support order.

We hereby adopt his opinion as the basis for
ORDER OF COURT
day of SEPTEMBER, 2003, Defendant's
exceptions to the Support Master's Report and Recommendations are DISMISSED. The
order of June 26, 2003 is hereby made final.
~ He also alleged that he was wrongfully charged with child care expenses. We note that no testimony
regarding child care expenses was elicited at the evidentiary hearing nor were any such expenses factored
into the recommended order. Defendant acknowledged as much at oral argument and abandoned this
assignment of error.
