The parties have filed cross appeals from our order of July 21, 2003, which
disposed of Defendants’ post trial motions. In that order we granted the Defendants’
request for a new trial in connection with the claims of plaintiffs Terry L. Bulkley, Jr. and
Callyrose Bulkley. At the same time, we denied the Defendants’ request for a new trial
in connection with the claims of Plaintiffs Terry L. Bulkley, Sr. and Veraellen Bulkley.
The reasons in support of the order dated July 21, 2003, are fully set forth in our opinion
dated July 24, 2003.
