to the use of his creditors all his property, real, Ifersonal and mixed, to w}rich he is in
any manner ent~ed;~~ schedule whereof, together with a list of his creditors and the
nature of their rbtµ, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of his losses
and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with and annexed to this
petition.
He therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several Acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Feunsylvania, made for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors.
