application; that he o$ers to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property. real, per-
9onal, and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, to~ettier with a
list of his creditors and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a state-
ment of his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with and annex-
ed to this petition. He therefore prays to be allowed the beeefit of the several acts of 1-ssem-
bly of the Commonwealth' of !'ennaylvaniar made for the relief of Insolvent i~lebtor .
