'C'hat he has resided within this state for six mouths and more, immediately preceding this his
application; that he offers to deliver up to the use of kris creditors, all hie property, real, per-
nonal, and mixed, to which he is in aoy manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a
list of his creditors and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with astate-
ment of his losses and the means whereby .he became insolvent, are exhibited with and annex-
ed to this petition. He therefore prays to he allowed the benefit of the several acts of 1lssem-
bly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanian made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors. ~ ,,
