COMMONWEALTH
IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
vs.
CP-21-CR-1748-2004
TREVOR EUGENE VAUGHN
IN RE: STATEMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 1925
On November 1, 2004, the defendant, Trevor Eugene Vaughn, was convicted of counts of
driving after imbibing, general impairment; driving after imbibing, highest rate; driving under
suspension, DUI related; and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The
defendant was sentenced on April 7, 2005. Post-trial motions were denied and the defendant has
appealed. In a statement of matters complained of on appeal, the defendant contends that the
Honorable George E. Hoffer erred in denying the defendant's motion to suppress evidence. This
is the sole matter raised on appeal. Judge Hoffer has since filed an opinion in support of his
order of October 26,2004. We adopt Judge Hoffer's opinion and incorporate same by reference.
