The defendant was sentenced on April 7, 2005. Post-trial motions were denied and the defendant has appealed. In a statement of matters complained of on appeal, the defendant contends that the Honorable George E. Hoffer erred in denying the defendant's motion to suppress evidence. This is the sole matter raised on appeal. Judge Hoffer has since filed an opinion in support of his order of October 26,2004. We adopt Judge Hoffer's opinion and incorporate same by reference.
