'That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceding this his
t~pplication; that be offers to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per•
sonal, and mixed, to which he is in aoy manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together w>th a
list of his creditors and the nature of their debts, as tar as he can ascertain them, with a state-
ment of his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with and annex-
ed to this petition. He therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of assem-
bly of the Commonwealth of Pennsg[vaniai made for the relief of Insolvent llebtors.
