respectfully represents, that he has resided withitt Phis State for six months and more, immecli-
ately preceding this, his application; that he offers to deliverulz to the use of his ('reditors, all
his property, real, personal, and mired, to which he is in any manner entitled ; a Schedule
whereof; together with a list of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as be can as_
certain them, with a statement of his losses, and the means whereby he became insolvent, are
exhibited with, and anncacd to, his Petition : he therefore prays to be allowed t!-e benefit of the
several Acts of Assembly of the Comntonwcalth of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of insolvent
debtors.
