'That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
tape the benefit of the Insolvent Lat~~s of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
11ct of Assembly, passed the 2sth day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he ofl'crs to deliver up to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
r~w•rrrrox. Hn, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of Assembly, of the
Cornmonwealtli of Pennsylvania, made for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
