TlYat he has been arrested in exeei tion, Ind ivbond, conditioned for 'his appearance to
take the benefit o! the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
~1ct of 11s5embly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and provided.
That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
applleatlOII; and that he ollcrs to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed• to this
1'ETI7•ION. Hn, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of A,SSembly~ of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made.for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
