That he has been arrested in egecutio~ ,and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
l~ct of llssembly, pissed the 28th day of March A. D. 1320, in such case made and prodded.
'I°h;it he has resided within this st<1te for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he oilers to leliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, pets
osnal and mixed, to which he is irn any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list~~
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this
PETITION. I3E, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of 111.9sembly~ of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
