D. 1820, in such case made and prodded. That he has resided within this state for six months and more, immediately preceeding this his application; and that he offers to deliver up~to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per<- osual and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list of leis creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement o[ his losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annexed to this PETITION. HE, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of tha several acts of Assembly, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made_for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
