'That he has been arrested in execution, and given bond, conditioned for his appearance to
take the heuefit ni the Insolvent Laws of this Commonwealth; agreeably to the terms of the
11ct oI' tlssembly, passed the 28th day of March A. D. 1820, in such case made and prorided.
'That he has resided within this state for six months and worm, immediately preceeding this his
application; and that he olrcrs to deliver up,to the use of his creditors, all his property, real, per-
osnal and mixed, to which he is in any manner entitled; a schedule whereof, together with a list
of his creditors, and the nature of their debts, as far as he can ascertain them, with a statement of
leis losses and the means whereby he became insolvent, are exhibited with, and annezed to this
r~c•riz•iox. IiL, therefore prays to be allowed the benefit of the several acts of 9ssembly~ of the
-Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made,~for the relief of Insolvent Debtors.
